Guard Steve Francis has agreed to a deal that will return him to the Houston Rockets, his agent, Jeff Fried, said Thursday.
Francis spent his first five seasons with the Rockets before he was traded to Orlando in 2004. He was sent to the New York Knicks in early 2006, then was traded to Portland last month in a draft-night deal. The Trail Blazers bought out his contract for a reported $30 million last week, making him an unrestricted free agent.
With the return of Steve Francis, can’t help and wonder the possibilities.

Man, I’m glad to see Francis back in Houston. I’m just curious to see what he can bring to the table. He’s been M.I.A. for a while now, and he has a bad knee.
