Rowand turns 30


Philadelphia Phillies center fielder Aaron Rowand turns 30 today. A former Chicago White Sox who helped win there World Series in 2005, traded for Jim Thome in 2006. His contract expires this season and White Sox could use his service next year.  As of now, his hitting .313 with 21 home runs and 74 RBIs. Tonight against the New York Mets he went 0-4 with four strike outs… Yikes ! Way to celebrate.
